The Comparably Awards recognize top-rated organizations across North America for their workplace based on anonymous employee reviews. Our people are behind everything we do at Hiya – the best part of this recognition is that it is based entirely on their feedback.
To qualify for the Comparably Awards, companies must receive a minimum threshold of employee reviews on their Comparably.com page within a 12-month period (September 2021 through September 2022). Winners are determined based on a series of 50+ structured and comprehensive workplace questions covering core workplace culture categories.
