Hiya has updated the Hiya Connect console, making it easier for customers to see their calls and take action directly from the dashboard. This update benefits all Hiya users whether they are paying for a Branded Call plan or simply registering their numbers for free. From the console, you can now:
In the Number Registration dashboard, users can see which of their numbers are registered and whether they are — or at risk of — being labeled as spam.
In the Branded Call dashboard, users can manage their numbers and know which are displaying Hiya’s Branded Call, and easily turn on/off branding on any number.
