State of the Call: Europe Webinar

With an alarming 94% of consumers thinking all unidentified calls are fraudulent, it is no wonder that the European voice channel is looking for solutions to integrity issues. Reputation standards have taken a severe hit as spoofed calls plague international call centers. 1 in 10 consumers will even change brands after falling victim to a scammer posing as a reputable business.

In 2022 Hiya released its State of the Call report. This annual collection of leading trends, and voice channel analytics, help define the landscape of security and scam awareness internationally.

On Wednesday, May 25, 2022 Hiya is sponsoring a webinar hosted by Telecoms. Be sure to join Hiya’s CEO, Alex Algard, along with Telecom’s Editorial Director, Scott Bicheno, for an exciting and informative morning.

Tune in to get a better understanding of:

  • The trends and analytics affecting the voice channel
  • Insights for Europe in 2022
  • How businesses and customers communicate through the phone
  • Who is targeted and how much business is lost on account of scam calls

The trends and insights in Hiya’s 2022 State of the Call were established from an analysis of over 150 billion calls over the course of 2021. A third-party survey of over 12,000 customers and 2,000 business professionals was conducted across the U.S., Canada, UK, Spain, France, and Germany.
