At the touch of the “Places” tab at the top right side of the dialer screen, users can now look up local businesses and services with ease without having to hop into a third-party app. Extending our partnership with Samsung, the local search service, Samsung Places, is powered by Hiya Business Profiles. “When you buy a new Samsung device, the phone just does more than the iPhone or any other Android,” says Mayur Kamat, Hiya’s VP of product tells Street Fight Magazine. “Without downloading or installing anything, the user can call a business in the same way they call their friends and family.” Thanks to Street Fight Magazine, they’ve highlighted how we’ve reinvented the Samsung phone dialer.
