Here are step-by-step instructions to help you do a reverse phone lookup in the Hiya Spam Blocker and Caller ID app:

Step 1 – Download the app

If you don’t already have the Hiya Spam Blocker & Caller ID app, you can download it for free.

Step 2 – Turn on premium features

Although the spam blocking and caller ID features are free in the Hiya Spam blocker app, the reverse phone lookup function has the largest database of phone numbers with the premium features enabled. Adding the premium features costs only $24 per year, or $3.99 if billed monthly. You can even try it out with a free 7-day trial.

Premium features include:

• Reverse Phone Lookup – Look up the phone number of a call from an unsaved contact to find out the true caller name and whether it is likely to be a robocaller.

• Premium Caller ID – Gives you access to Hiya’s premium phone number database, so you’ll always know who is calling.

Step 3 – Do a reverse phone lookup

With the app open, click “Keypad” in the menu at the bottom and enter the number you want to look up (or paste a phone number you’ve copied). The identity of the individual or business will appear in the purple oval below the phone number.
